Notification Process for Amendments to the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Comprehensive Ordinance (revision 2009)
Amended Administrative Section State requirements: revisions of public participation, transparency, Opens Meeting Act, Inspection of Records Act, Commission Ethics, PHSZD Fee Structure and Quasi-judicial and Legislative Meeting procedures, and the delegation and limits of zoning administrator’s duties to Commission members.
